Michael Channing is an energetic comedian with literary roots. A nerd from birth, his story-telling style touches on such geeky subjects as discovering Dungeons and Dragons, comic book life lessons, and living real life by video game rules.

Michael was the emcee for Groucho's Comedy Club in Port St. Lucie, FL then moved to the Carolinas where he's been honing his craft for several years. He's performed at the Laugh Your Asheville Off Comedy Festival and has performed guest sets for Greg Brown (co-founder of Laugh Your Asheville Off), The Disgruntled Clown, and Rory Scovel. He's also produces his own shows, Nerd Quiz Live!, a trivia comedy show with a panel of nerdy comedians.
